Are you a government agency?

No. Asal Business Solutions is an independent private filing service. We are not affiliated with the Ohio Secretary of State, FMCSA, or any government agency. You can file directly with the responsible agency without purchasing our service.

What will it cost?

The initial consultation and quote are free. Your quote explains our service fee and the scope of work. Government, insurance, and other third-party charges are separate. We only proceed with the agreed work.

Can you guarantee approval or a start date?

No. The responsible agency controls acceptance, processing, and approval. A USDOT number alone does not mean that MC operating authority is active. Complete the requirements that apply and verify the agency status before operating.
