Asal Business Solutions is a private document preparation and filing service. We help clients prepare and submit Ohio LLC formation paperwork and USDOT or MC applications with client authorization. We are not a law firm, not a CPA firm, and not a government agency.
What we provide
We prepare documents, help with filings, and explain common next steps in plain language. We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, or investment advice.
Fees
The first meeting is free. If you hire us for filing work, we quote our service fee before work begins. Government filing fees (such as the Ohio Secretary of State fee) are separate and paid to the government. Agency fees and processing times can change. Agency approval and authority activation are not guaranteed; complete all applicable requirements and verify agency status before operating.
Your decisions
You remain responsible for your business decisions. For legal or tax questions, hire a licensed attorney or accountant.
